what is twitter?? it's actually a very fast growing social networking micro blogging website which allows user to update their status within 140words (or something similar to an SMS) or with pictures or videos. there's also some added elements where u can add friends or they call it "follow friends" which allows u to receive updates or twits of ur friends whenever u login to see what they've wrote or things like tat.

some ppl twit for fun
some ppl twit to use it as a promotion tool
some ppl twit to pitch contents or products effectively

and everything is done real-time ...

there are many applications available for u to start twittering with ur mobile phone with ease since wi-fi is so common nowadays among mobile phones. u can twit from ur iphone, twit from ur windows mobile, twit from ur symbian or even twit from ur conventional phone!


so if u have internet, u wanna promote something/someone/urself? login to twitter and start twittering, hv a good amount of followers and u can see how powerful it is :)
